At 7:30 we attended a non denominational service at the arena for half an hour. We weren't able to attend mass at St. Louis Cathedral as I planned. There wasn't enough time to get there with no transportation.
After the service we went downtown to the National WW ll Museum. It's all about heroes and airplanes used during WWll. They also have a list of Congressmen and Senators who had served during the war. We looked around and listened to where we're interested in After the tour we went and grabbed something to eat at the cafe close by. We also went to the Museum of Football sports. Didn't last very long 'coz I was having sciatica pain on my legs. We took the 1st bus to go home and rested the rest of the afternoon. Rick and Nikki stayed longer at the museum that they forgot the time and they missed the bus. They took the cab home.
At 6:00 pm back to the parade stand, it's the Krewe of Bacchus parade. More beads. We're getting better at this. In fact I didn't try anymore, just sat on the bleacher and just waited for it to come my way. I'm beaded out. earl still stood there. He was just having so much fun.
